Candor Health Education is a nonprofit organization that educates students, their trusted adults and communities on the topics of puberty, sex and drug education. 

The local church is God’s way of making an impact amongst those we can see. We don’t need just another church. We need people reached, lives restored, and generations empowered. 

With 70,000 acres, we connect people to nature through recreation, education, and leisure. Enjoy 6 nature centers, 5 campgrounds, kayak programs, walking trails, youth jobs, and activities for all ages.

Proviso Partners for Health (PP4H) is a multi-sector coalition to support community health and address health equity. 

Improving athletes' lives by providing them with elite basketball training as well as guiding them to a healthy & positive lifestyle off the court.

We are a local church and have programs for young children but we would like to start a youth group to help mentor the teens and young adults of Proviso.

Dream Chasers United is committed to creating healthy communities by preparing our youth to be civically engaged professionals. 

We are a motivational program through school assemblies and small groups that aim to touch on the areas that teens and young adults face today.

We provide a safe, welcoming, and fun space for all ages, with special programs for tweens, teens, and young adults to explore leadership, service, creativity, and technology.

Lade(lay-dee) Incorporated is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to get girls/women to recognize their potential, cultivate their strength and utilize the power they have deeply ingrained in them. 

DXXM Media Group is a collective of artists promoting local multimedia arts through community partnerships and teen and young adult programs, while upholding artistic integrity and stewardship.

PLCCA is a nonprofit serving low-income residents of Proviso and Leyden Townships and the greater Chicago area. We aim to build self-reliant families and communities through partnerships, empowerment, and volunteer engagement.

The Girl & Boy SUCCEED Mentoring Program helps students in grades 5–8 Seek Unique Creative Characteristics of Excellence to Excel in their Dreams.

Beyond ABA provides behavior therapy for individuals of all abilities, focusing on meaningful behaviors and environments. Services include assessments, early intervention, school consulting, parent education, staff development, and more.

The non-denominational ministry was planted on September 30th, 2018 with a desire to represent and embrace multi-generations and multi-ethnicities in the Proviso Township area.

LITE’s mission is to create educational and training pathways in low-income communities, helping opportunity youth and their families increase earning potential. Our success depends on teamwork, trust, and delivering excellent service every day.
